Let's Not be Doomed to Repeat History (Part 2)
Joe Biden, America’s Gaffmaster, cautioned us this week that if Barack Obama is elected as president, “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy." He went on to ask for support when this crisis occurs because when Obama responds, “it's not gonna be apparent that we're right.”
I think Biden truly believes what he says. Obama is willing to share seats on boards with domestic terrorists. He has made it clear that he will meet, unconditionally, with the leaders of the so called member states of the “Axis of Evil”. He is an appeaser that will try to find peace from a position of weakness.
Jimmy Carter was such an appeaser, and he reached out to friends and foes alike to try to get them to play nice in the global playground. Of course, underlying any appearance of tranquility, raw emotions continue to seethe. The weak continue to cower in fear. Mistrust and confusion cloud relationships of opposing cultures and bullies wait for the strong to relax so they can pounce and wreak the most havoc. As an appeaser, Carter showed weakness and took America off of our guard.
Carter was tested, first with the takeover of the American embassy in Iran and holding of hostages by Iranian students. A half hearted rescue attempt was an embarrassment and only fueled the tensions. Then the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. After all, what were we going to do?
The solution was the election of Ronald Reagan. The Iranian hostages were released moments after Regan took the oath of office. And during the course of his administration, the Soviets brought down that wall. Let’s elect strength and avoid Biden’s crisis.

A "Rock Star" tour of Europe does not count as foreign policy experience. The leaders of the world have all rallied behind B.O. because he will weaken America, givng them the perception of strength. He has no foreign policy background, and wants to have pleasant chats with terror mongers. How about tea and Tomahawks. Bush may have made some mistakes, but we haven't been attacked since 9/11.

So what are the likely scenarios? My guess is that China will attack Taiwan. Barack will only complain and whine. Next, Israel will be attacked by Iran. Why, because the middle east assumes Obama is an anti-semite because of his associations. By the end of an Obama first term, Israel will be at war with all of its enemies. Barack will just protest, but won't act. Obama is a weakling who will put America on the run from its responsibilites to its allies.
